ELECTRICAL
POWER SYSTEM

The Electrical Power System has been designed to be integrated into different CubeSats systems from 1U (with body mounted panels and folding panels) up to 12U systems. It is composed by a power management module and a battery module.

The power module performs the management of the battery charge and the generation of 3.3V, 5V, 12V and VBAT power buses, and the switched power lines.

 

  • Scalable for CubeSats from non-deployable 1U to triple deployable 2U, 3U or 6U with various configurations
  • Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)
  • Thermal knife control for solar panel wing deployment

MULTI-LAYER
INSULATION BLANKETS

Multi-Layer Insulation blankets are thermal insulators conformed by multiple layers of optical and electrically conductive materials separated by thin netting spacers. MLI Blankets are fundamentals pieces in the spacecraft thermal control and critical in preserving the spacecraft from the space extreme temperatures.

The production process and the chosen materials are adapted to the customer requirements, meeting outstanding performance for this critical equipment. It is manufactured within a dedicated ISO Class 8 cleanroom, with temperature and humidity control.
